Common questions
I didn't get my login code
Codes can take a minute to arrive — check your spam/junk folder. On the code screen you can tap Resend code after the timer. Make sure you used your university .edu.au email.
My classes aren't in the list
We currently have the full course catalogue for the University of Southern Queensland and the University of the Sunshine Coast. If your uni or a course is missing, email us and we'll add it.
How do I report or block someone?
Open any post or long-press a chat message to report it, or tap someone's avatar to block them. In a group chat you can also leave the group. Blocked users disappear from your feed and chats.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. It permanently removes everything you've posted, immediately.
